Do you want to help build the education group of the future?

We are looking for a driven, experienced, and business-minded economist who wants to take a key role in a growing educational organization. You will work closely with the CEO and help build structure, governance, and systems in a rapidly expanding group.

About us

We currently operate Xedrix.se and are now developing a group with several educational companies in vocational training and skills development.

Our vision is to strengthen Swedish industry, technology, and welfare through education that makes a difference — both for people and companies.

We currently have 9 employees and plan to grow with more educational leaders and business developers in 2025. To create long-term sustainability and effective governance, we are now looking for you who want to be our financial engine in the group.

About the role

As the financial manager, you will have broad and strategic responsibility for the group's finances, governance, and development. You will work closely with the CEO, participate in management work, and play a key role in our continued expansion.

You will:

• Build financial processes and structure between the parent company and subsidiaries.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, analyses, and key figures.

• Be responsible for reporting, follow-up, and financial management.

• Drive automation in Fortnox and other systems.

• Develop routines for profitability and quality throughout the organization.

• Be an advisory partner to the CEO in strategic decisions.

• Have overall responsibility for ensuring that the figures are accurate and up-to-date.

We believe that you:

• Have at least 7–10 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting responsibility.

• Have worked in smaller growth companies or built up financial functions before.

• Are very comfortable with Fortnox, Excel, and modern digital tools.

• Are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented.

• Have business understanding and enjoy combining strategy with practical implementation.

• Are communicative and collaborative, and thrive in close dialogue with management and colleagues.

• Want to help build something new – not just maintain.
